Customer service and friendly chat. Helpful from the beginning, letting me browse around with no pressure. Looked at my car in detail but also talked about his cars with knowledge. Excellent service. On the day we swapped cars, everything was ready, easy and clear. No issues whatsoever. Amhir was the chap I talked to and dealt with. Worth looking at their cars and talking to him. Absolute great service..  I have recently bought a BMW 730d from them. The sales agents were very helpful and showed great support throughout  the sales process. Happy with purchase ! We looked around the car without any pressure and was encouraged to take the car for test drive unlike other garages we have recently visited, they put a brand new mot on the car and serviced it as well. Good but waiting on outcome - Lovely car and staff who helped me set up tax so I could drive away same day, but problems from first day with he car. IBO have said they will agree on a course of action when I get a diagnostic. Hope this turns out to be the case or I will have to return the vehicle. Will update this review dependant on outcome.
